This extension shows how I would learn a security-delivery environment, test operational judgment, reframe one signal through customer, SOC, leadership and renewal lenses, and leave a usable path for other team members. It is a candidate-built work sample, not a proposed replacement for BlueVoyant's tools, operating model, or people.
Reframe the signal
One signal can lead to four different questions. This is the operational reasoning loop I would use before proposing process changes.
